I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The use of my website is possible without providing personal data. My practice’s processing system is password-protected, and my email communication is encrypted. However, I would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g., when communicating via email) may have security vulnerabilities. Data Collection:
<\/b><\/span>The collection, processing, storage, etc. of patient data is legally permitted. <\/span>Upon initial <\/span>contact, I collect the following data into my <\/span>electronic practice <\/span>management <\/span>system (PMS):<\/span>
Name, date of birth, <\/span> address, private health <\/span>insurance provider, telephone number(s), and your email address, if available.<\/span>
<\/span> In therapeutic <\/span>contact, I collect <\/span>findings and diagnoses from <\/span>you, prescribe therapies, and complete f<\/span>orms for you (prescriptions, certificates of incapacity for work, request forms for laboratory tests, <\/span>etc.). All of this <\/span>must be verifiably <\/span>patient-related and stored in my <\/span>PMS. <\/span>Subsequent <\/span> editing <\/span>and modification of your data <\/span>is not permitted by the <\/span>PMS.
Written <\/span> External <\/span>findings are <\/span>scanned in a patient-related, <\/span>electronically unalterable <\/span>manner (<\/span>document scanner).

Every patient <\/span>receives upon <\/span>initial contact in my<\/span> Doctor’s office declarations of consent, with which you <\/span>can give <\/span>us written <\/span>permission to pass on data to the p<\/span>rivate clearing house.
Please note that under certain circumstances <\/span> there may also be a legal obligation to <\/span>disclose the data.<\/span> <\/p>\n

What happens to your data:<\/b>
I<\/span> need <\/span>your data in order to be able to treat you transparently <\/span>and verifiably <\/span>in my private medical Doctor’s office. All v<\/span> prescriptions are patient-related and require name<\/span>, address and date of birth.<\/span> If I<\/span> do not have this data, I cannot<\/span>, for example,<\/span> issue you with prescriptions. Data collection is therefore necessary for<\/span> necessary for your treatment.
The following data is stored in my PMS <\/span>password-protected:
<\/span>Acute and <\/span>chronic diagnoses, <\/span>findings, medical histories, <\/span>treatment suggestions, <\/span>billing codes.<\/span>

Only I, as the Doctor’s office owner and operator of my Doctor’s office as a solo practice, have access to this data<\/span>. There is no obligation for solo practices to appoint a data protection officer. <\/span>
Your data <\/span>(findings, doctor’s letters <\/span>etc.) are <\/span>stored <\/span>in accordance with <\/span>the respective statutory retention periods <\/span>(e.g. doctor’s letters for <\/span>10 years). Ggf. <\/span>a longer <\/span>storage period <\/span>may also be <\/span>required.<\/span><\/p>\n

Server Log Files:<\/b>
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:<\/span><\/p>\n
