At this point, I could list figures, data, certificates, and diplomas. However, I would prefer you to get to know me in a more personal way. Therefore, I will tell you about myself as follows:
My Story
Following my path early on
I came into this beautiful world on December 8, 1966 – into a life framework that was challenging from the very beginning. Illness, limitations, loss, and death accompanied me early on. Today I recognize: It was precisely this path that enabled me to unfold what my soul had set out to achieve in this life.
Even as a child – unconsciously, but with deep trust in an inner voice – I followed my path. With great curiosity, thirst for knowledge, and loving connection to all living things, I penetrated layer by layer of human experience.
Started in Medicine
My medical studies and the years in general medicine and anesthesiology opened up a deep understanding of how the body functions. I had the privilege of accompanying people through all stages of life – from birth to death, in intensive care, emergency medicine, with acute and chronic illnesses – and increasingly felt how strongly body, soul, and spirit are interwoven.
Took the Next Steps
Further training in acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology, and other holistic approaches allowed me to explore the human energy systems. I recognized: Behind every symptom also lies an energetic event.
Discovered a New World
Self-organizational hypnotherapy provided me with deep insights into the dynamics of consciousness and subconscious, of emotions and inner patterns. I learned to see the human being as a unique universe within the larger cosmos of their familial, social, and spiritual systems.
Spiritual Hypnosis
My understanding of humanity fundamentally changed
At the Michael Newton Institute, I was trained in spiritual hypnosis. Regressions into past lives, the recognition of karmic connections, and the understanding of the soul as an intelligent, loving energy being fundamentally changed my view of humanity.
This transformation deepened through my training at the Institute for Quantum Consciousness. It opened my perspective to a multidimensional existence – as part of an unlimited universe full of possibilities.
Understood more and more
These last two trainings, in particular, marked a turning point in my life. The first regression into my “life between lives” was the beginning of a deep inner awakening. From that moment on, my inner voice gained a tangible, conscious correspondence. In retrospect, I understood more and more:
- that I always met the right people at the right time – and felt their resonance
- that my inner voice guided my decisions like a compass – even if some of them were initially painful and later proved to be necessary steps for maturation
- that there are no “wrong” decisions
- that behind everything, a higher meaning and a greater plan are at work
- that this plan encompasses both my professional path and my personal growth – and that I was able to accompany three wonderful children into adulthood together with my soulmate Martin
- that I have always – and repeatedly – experienced support from the spiritual world on my path and continue to do so
- that in harmony with my highest soul consciousness, I was able to find peace, acceptance, and gratitude within myself
- and that it is part of my soul plan to pass all of this on – to those who feel the resonance within themselves and wish to be accompanied by me
Authentic in my true essence
Consistently made decisions
Throughout my development, I have repeatedly had to make decisions for my work that led to a focus on what was most important at the respective time. This always meant saying goodbye to previously important areas of work. Fortunately, for almost all areas, I have wonderful colleagues who continue these fields today with great competence and heart. The depth and effectiveness of hypnotherapy, spiritual hypnosis, and work with higher states of consciousness now form the core of my current practice.
I am aware that I am not perfect either. Like every human being, I am also on a journey – awake, learning, growing. I know my essence, I feel it, and I work daily to live it ever more authentically. Not out of a pursuit of perfection, but out of a deep desire to be in harmony with it – and to be there for others from that place.
All of this finds expression in my highest intention for myself and my work with you:
